Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product number is 3 UK84A and Model num is 9018 with active wireless blue tooth connection to the internet.

Even though the printer scanner is recognized by the computer, when I try the SCAN feature it will not scan and asks to RETRY. When retry is applied it sends the message that the printer/scanner is OFFLINE.

Have tried the Print and Scan Doctor and virtual chat to no avail.
