Product: HP OFFICEJET PRO 6978

When attempting fax docs feed, the number is dialed, a single tone is heard. 3sec interval, for 30sec, then 'no answer' message. Phone line is a magic jack. This new 6978 replaced a 6978 . Same hook ups, everything same same. The fax greeting tone is not there. Bad printer?
