Product: HP Deskjet 2541

I have a HP deskjet 2541 that went off line.  We tried to connect wireless but it's asking for a network security key which I don't know and don't remember creating one.    What should I do?   I tried to retrieve it and receive a PIN good for 5 minutes but that didn't work.   

 

Sorry...I don't have strong electronic knowledge and don't know what to do?

Hi Cchabot,

 

Which feature do you use? Wi-fi Direct which means connect to printer directly with SSID which contains printer name or Wireless connection which means printer connect to router?
