I am suddenly unable to wirelessly scan to my printer.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice.  When I go to scan to my computer, my computer is listed and I can selected.  However, after I click "Start Scan" I get a message that says "The scan could not be completed.  Make sure the computer is connected to the printer and then try again."  I have run the Scan Doctor several times and nothing has come up.  I have triple-checked that my computer is enabled to receive scans.  I've checked the internet connection - all is good.  Not sure why it's not connected.

Are you able to print wirelessly?

 

Also check the connection between printer and computer..

Yes, I can print from my computer.  Seems I can do literally anything except scan from the printer to my computer.
