We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Installed HP Easy Scan Version 1.10.0 (201013).  Conducting a scan to create a PDF using the ADF.  After the first page of the document is scanned, the software crashes giving this error message: "HP Easy Scan quit unexpectedly."  Here is the top of the crash report:

I have uninstalled the software and the printer and reinstalled with no effect.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues scanning.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the Mac OS on your computer and check if it helps.

 

If you continue facing the issue, then download and install the printer driver from the below link and test.
