Hallo Community,

 

Der Drucker meiner Eltern macht mir Probleme.

 

Nur beim Kopieren kommt immer eine gleichbreiter Streifen  - hab alle möglichen Maintenance Optionen versucht -  jetzt brauchen ich eure Hilfe. Was kann ich noch tun bzw woran kann es liegen? Danke

My parents printer produces those black lines every time one tries to copy. I have tried all maintained measures to no success. Any idea please!
