HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Scan works with docs on flatbed.

But docs scanned through document feeder produce NO image and the format tab changes from pdf to photo image.

The document is fed through the feeder, so the feeder works.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software.  I've run the diagnostics.

No change.
