I have a HP Jet 8020 Printer, which is completely set up and ready to use!.  With the little exception of............ I want set up my printer to scan and email.  When I  go to the home screen  I press scan, then email.  I press ":my  account is not listed."  and I continue.  A screen comes up with line 1) Email.  Line 2) Pin. I enter my email address.  After I have completed entering my email address I do not know what key stroke to use to get to the next step.  I know this is something simple that I am missing.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!  With thank!  Jan

I have a very simple printer scan/fax set up problem that I have been trying to resolve for two days.  Is there an 800 number for Customer Service at HP that I could call to speak to someone live?

I had previously set up other emails and yet I am having trouble now adding my new email address to use to send my scans. Can I get help @elohi_NR?
