We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw

I have been using Easy Scan for a few years on my HP laser jet MFP m127. It has worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now I get this error -

Also, the printer will no longer copy--it makes a click sound and stops.

It does still print wirelessly.

Can anyone explain what has changed recently to cause these errors. I have tried all the usual fixes with no help. I have seen a number of posts online reporting the same error. Could this be a problem with Mac driver package?

Uninstall and reinstall the printer to fix the issue

Link to printer driver returns 'Forbidden Page'.

I reinstalled printer. Same result as before.
