unable to receive faxes on my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 due to going directly to Xfinity voice mail.  I can still send faxes.

The Fax setup for the number of rings might have come "unstuck".

 

Set the Fax answer ring number to six -- set your answering machine to answer in 2 rings.
