I had not used the HP Smart App for several weeks or could be several months. Thus I needed to sign in again with my UN & PW. The App looked different but I like the upgrades. The problem is I can scan from the glass without a problem. When I scan from the document feeder it executes the feeder and scans like it always has but the pages are all blank. In troubleshooting I checked to make sure the copy function on the printer works fine in Black and Color which it does. The printer is a Model: HP Officejet Pro X576dw MFP. I have had the printer for many years and it is an awesome printer that continues to perform wonderfully at the office and at my home.
