Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 4500 Envy worked just fine with my old Windows 10 PC. Since I started to use my Windows 11 PC it has only printed but not scanned. In the past few days, I have tried to get the scanning working with the result that print jobs downloaded as a file instead of going to the printer. Scanning did not work. I reset the printer and set up the wireless network and can now print to the printer. Scanning is not possible.

Are you able to copy and scan normally with other OS versions?
