The scan is wonky, I have tried the alignment trick recommend by HP Support. Can someone just admit there is a HUGE design floor with this printer and tell me how to fix the issue without sending me to a link of a page I have already seen.

@MK888, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Follow the steps fro the document ADF does not pick paper or feeds in too many sheets which helps you fix any pickup related issues that will resolve the wonky scanning issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Its a brand new printer. Nonetheless I have followed the steps and it has not resolved the issue. Please advise.

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
