HP DeskJet 2635

I simply need to scan a front and back document, but I don't know how to. I keep scanning only one side.

There is no option to do that automatically.

You need to scan one side first then manually place another side of a document and scan it.

Hi Baylee-L,

HP DeskJet 2635 All-in-One Printer

In this case the Deskjet 2635 only has a flatbed scanner, so the deskjet needs to scan one side and then manually turn the document to scan the other side selecting the option to Scan as PDF document.

1. Open the HP Scan program and select the option "Save as PDF"

  • scan software.PNG

2. Then scan the one side of the document clicking Scan button.

3. Turn the document to scan the other side and click the the button "Add More pages"

4. Please check the next video with more detailed steps:

* Click on KUDOS thumbs up to say thanks,

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

Best regards,

ferRX.
