HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Office jet pro 9018e has a paper jam on second page of document during double sided scanning or copying. Document being scanned was folded for letter size envelope like every bill you det in the mail. Does anyone else have the same problem. This is my 4th HP office jet pro 9018e that was replaced because of the same problem. Should I just buy an Epson Workforce Pro. 4740 already?

Hi@Randnaka,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing paper jam issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-In-One Printer. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

I have a few recommendations

  • Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. This link apply to both real and false paper jams.
  • Check inside the printer for any debris that might be causing paper jams. Turn off the printer, and then unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Remove any paper from the input tray. Open the rear access door, and then clean the paper feed rollers with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with filtered water.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
