Product: Scanjet G4010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Download centre shows "Installation software drivers (1) but there is no download. There is only downloads for basic drivers and utilities. Need to install G4010 scanner on new laptop.

I have the same problem.  When I tried to re install using the CD, the install was aborted due to the presence of Win10 on my computer.

When trying to find the proper download driver, I was unable to  find it

Have had no luck finding solution from HP.

However I have downloaded Windows Scan app and can use my scanner. It has options for file format, colour and resolution, but no option to crop the scan. It is a fair resolution work around considering HP support has been useless.
