Product: hp m477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a m477fdw last month.  When installing the software, the installer did not show any fax driver and software to be installed.  I checked the CD-ROM and found the driver and software.  However, they were not compatible with Windows 10 64 bit OS.  I then downloaded the full version software from HP, but found that there were no fax driver and software in the download version.  Does it mean that HP no longer supports fax from PC for m477fdw?

Hi,

Extract and install the HP Universal Fax Driver by following Setup.exe below:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL60874/ds-146586-1/HPUFDDriver.zip

 

Once done go to Start > Programs > HP > HP Send Fax and add your device.

 

You may check the box to add it as a seperate print queue o your OS:
