"The customer is working from home remotely" - are both the printer and the computer located at the customer's home, or is the printer located in a remote location while the printer at home?

The customer DOES NOT HAVE AN OFFICE. She works at home and has the printer and her PC with her. She cannot connect with another port because she uses her PC's wireless connection with our V PN.
