Hello,

Seems like I can't print directly form PDF file itself. When I press "print" nothing happens. Even no notification or any job on the queue. Only possible way printing pdf is to print form HP Smart app, which is annoying. When I try on Word file it starts printing problem is on PDF files. I even re-installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Anyone having same problem?

My other problem is to start scanning from the device itself. I couldn't manage how it works. So far I can only scan from the app. When I press the scan section button, it says "scan to WSD" when I try to enter in It says "not available". Can you please let me know what it means and how i can configure the scanning?

Thanks.
