Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2335 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have transferred  my HP Deskjet2300 from my old PC with Windows 10 Home to a new PC with Windows 10 Pro.

The problem I have is that the Printer Assistant did not download with the driver software

In order to print and scan I have to open the HP Support Assistant

I am English living in Thailand and have some problems using the HP Thai setup

Any assistance gratefully received

Hi,

Please download and install the latest printer firmware below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/DJ2300/Full_Webpack-51.3.4843-DJ2300_Full_Webpack...

 

If you see a foreign language, I suggest ensuring the regional format is set to English:

Also, I suggest making sure that the Non-Unicode option is set to a known language if it may currently set to Tahi:
