Product: HP Officejet Pro 9015 V13.1.0
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello:

 

I cannot seem to upload PDF files to the mac version of this printer. I keep getting error message "there was a problem uploading your file." All my drivers are updated and my mac as well is updated. Any suggestions?
