IMG_20171130_163831.jpgAS YOU CAN SEE, BRAND NEW PRINTER AND THIS IS THE WAY SCANNER IS SCANNING! I have tried to contact HP customer support, to no avail Purchased this print 11-26-2017 recieved 11-29-2017 and it has failed at setup

Where do you scan from ? Printer software on your computer should give you many Page size options as shown

Please select the right option for your origionals or try Auto Detect size.

Return the printer for repairs or a replacement would be the correct thing to do.Hope this helps.
