The Scan to Computer option is enabled for my HP Deskjet but it still doesn't happen when I scan. I chose the desktop as the location for the scan and it doesn't show up. I've already spent hours on this problem and can't get the help I need here. I installed Easy Start but it says it can't automatically locate the software for my HP Deskjet. Please help!!!!
