HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 printer stopped letting me "scan to email" the other day.  It has always worked.

However, no I get a error message,  "Server failure. Try again later".  My email account is AOL.  I have unplugged

the router, and waited 60 seconds before turn on.  I have turned off printer and compter.  I saw an earlier post in regards

to this issue.  So I did enter the IP address in the web browser and clicekd on iPV4 under WIRELESS and clicked manual DNS.  Entered 8.8.8.8 for preferred and 8.8.4.4. for alternate. Unplugged modem  and printer like all suggestions, but  I still can't get it to work.  Please help - thank you!

Hi @cstein3099,

I'd like to help!

To better assist -

  1. Is your printer connected to the Web-Services?
  2.  Are you able to log in via webmail? Make sure you don’t use the auto-filled password in a web browser.
  3.  Is there a 2-factor authentication setup?
  4. Did you recently change the password?

Keep me posted.
