Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Want to scan a doc from LJ Pro 200 using HP Smart app. Printer is on-line and I can access and print to it fine. Status is 'ready'. Click the Scan button on HP Smart app and message 'Scanning currently unavailable'.
