Hi,

Download HP Easy Scan and scan, then select PDF and save the scan:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hp-easy-scan/id967004861?mt=12

 

When saving the document, make sure the checkbox to separate different pages is not checked.

 

Also HP Smart can be used for the same:
