When I scan a picture it wants to override the last picture I scanned to my photos.  I can not add more than one picture from scanning.  I'm not sure what the problem is.  Does anyone know?

Hi @catgonewild

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Which application are you trying to scan from?

Are you trying to scan multiple photos to the same file?

You may only scan multiple documents to one single PDF file but not photos.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to scan using the HP Scan app.

Alternatively, you may also use 'HP scan extended' and check if the issue persists.

Click here to download the file.

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
