MacBook Retina 12 inch 2017
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I cannot install my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2600 3-in-1 scan function. I can print but it will not scan and says it cannot communicate with the scanner (even though it will communicate to print!). When I go to the software download page, it always says I need to install HP Easy Scan 1.9.3.002. Every time I click on Install, it goes through the whole installation process and then shows this software still needs installing!

I am using a MacBook Retina 12 inch with Catalina 10.15.3
