Hi,

I am facing the same problem with my HP OfficeJet 6950 and the support can not help me. 

Do you also have solution for this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the fax icon missing issue. 

 

Please try these steps to restore the printer settings to defaults - 

 

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch  ( Setup ).


2. Touch Tools , touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions. 

 

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform an advanced reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hello @Asmita6658,

I have tried both possibilities you have mentioned. But there are still only 4 options on the control panel (Copy, Scan, Setup and Help) of my OfficeJet 6950.

I have some doubts that this problem is may related to the "INSTANTINK" feature I have ordered.

 

Nevertheless I want to say many thanks and I appreciate your support 👏
