Product: ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been trying to update the firmware from 6.123 to 7.128 and it fails every time.  I've tried two different computers, one with Windows 10 64-bit and another with Windows 7 32-bit and both fail.  I was hoping that an update might correct the scan problem that shows on the front page, left side, of every document I scan using the auto-feeder.  I have cleaned it and it still always scans like this:Scan problem.jpg
