Can anyone help with setting up scan to computer? Or do they ever offer phone support? Help!

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

I just purchased the HP 8020 printer and had the exact same issues with setup as described by several users. I did a significant amount of research on the problem without much success until I found this message.The response from Sandytechy20 worked for me. 

Unless you have read the appropriate part of the 200 page printer manual you may not be aware of the useful information. I note that although the HP Smart APP actually works, the desktop icon that points to the APP gives an error message. HP needs to fix that problem with the desktop icon.
