hello everybody, how to change the page format while performing a scan to email?

 

using ADF allways the PDF format is Letter but the original pages are A4!

Unfortunately I cannot find a configuration option to setup the right page format!

Hi,

The Scan to Email app provide limited options - Letter size for Documents or 6 x 4 for Photos only, these settings cannot be changed using the Scan to Email option.

 

to gain more capabilities use the HP Scan software on your computer which allows more control of your scan job.

I tried using print scan doctor but nothing changed,
