Why is it when I purchased my hp pavilion laptop. it states in the front cover of the little brown box that holds all of the user manuals. That I am guaranteed free email and real time chat support for as long as I own the computer?  4 years later and I've been told by numerous tech support agents and they're bosses that it is no longer available to me unless I want to purchase it for $59.00 dollars (  It states on the inside cover that it is free for the lifetime of the pc)  If it is no longer available, then offer something in lieu.  The tech supports hang up on me Raymon  ID 760 was the last to hang up on me while I was still talking.  Where the heck is this so called support?  If they don't hold up to their promises of yesterday, then why should we believe they'll hold up to their promises of today.  Very dissappointed in the customer care that I have and have not recieved!  Multiple contacts to hp have resulted in more insult, no progression to higher managment. Finally sent a leter to CEO.  We'll see if that helps.  I will post this at least 10 times a day, gephart, fox, facebook, friends and family, youtube.  Until resolved!!!
