I just bought this monitor on 07/03/2011 from BEST BUY so it is only 2 months and 3 days old.

I went to turn it on a big black line is in the middle of my screen so I call Tech support and they sent me to another co tech support that charges you to fix the problem. This company is a joke and I will never buy another hp item. I spent $150.00 for this monitor and like I said it is piece of junk and hp is a joke. I would not recommend them to anyone I know and I will never recommend a product of their to anyone either. I am very upset about this because it is under a 1 year warranty and I still can not get no help. I hope this helps other not to buy items that are hp if they are looking to purchase something (DO NOT BUY HP YOU CAN NOT GET ANY HELP WITH THEIR JUNK WHEN SOMETHING GO WRONG AFTER HAVING THE ITEM FOR 2 MONTHS AND 10 DAYS.)  They are a waste of time and money. I sure hope this helps someone out there because I wish I would have seen something before I wasted my money.
