Not sure how to handle this, but I did some digging after responding and it seems he is wanting to get pirated software up and running. "PES Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 [1.02] (2015) RePack [R.G. Freedom]" shows all the signs of being a pirated package. (I googled this and it brings me to a torrent site.)

If i install the game and am opening the settings it says I should intall network frame before please someone should give me one for pes2016
