HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5575 - HP Print and Scan Doctor / HP scan
04-02-2017 04:07 AM

Hello, I would have a question about scanning on HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5575. I have installed all the softwares and rivers but I cannot find the application HP scan which i could use mainly for the multiple scanning. So far I can communicate the scanning only on the display on the printer, but not via driver application in the computer. Scanning like this does not allow me to scan multiple pages. Cananyone help me how to install or where to find the driver? Many thanks, Sarka Pavelkova

Hi,
What is the Operating system of your computer ? Given you have installed printer software and drivers on your computer(s). For Windows, double click printer icon on desktop to open HP Printer Assistant and you can scan from there.
Regards.

Hi,
The following manual may help (from page 43):

(Note: All HP Deskjet 557x printers use same manual).
Regards.
