IMC 7.1 to 7.2

Hello,

When I update to 7.1 i got the following error.

Files are in used Make sure all imc services are down.

I want to update IMC PLat 7.1 to 7.2.

Server is running on Vmware

If i look in the error file I see that dbman.exe is running but when i look in the taskmanager I can not find dbman.exe.
