DO NOT BUY! customer support sucks! 50% of the time new ink cartridges (not refilled- new from office store) DO NOT WORK - have to go back to store and hope the next ones do. Tried all the tips they list eg cleaning with alcohol never works! can't get hold of HP and do not reply to emails- infact won't even recognise the serial number etc- very frustrating as the printer prints great pics! Printer purchased from office store. Will never purchase HP again
