I just got my hp sprocket and it’s printing red splotches on all of the photos. It looks like every person in the photos have measles. I’ve upgrade the firmware and I’m using the correct paper. Any suggestions? If this is a problem I’ll need to send it back. Thanks guy!

@Janschautz1965,

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!

Let's try to reset the Sprocket. This may fix the issue.

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Locate the Reset button near the charging port.

  • Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
  • The printer resets and turns off.
  • Turn on the printer.
  • Reconnect the Sprocket via Bluetooth.
  • Try to print again
  • Check the print quality.

Let me know if this information helps.
