The printer is connected to iPhone by Bluetooth. However, the Sprocket app always tell me that there is no printer connected and that it cannot print out photos. I have tried to forget the device and to reset my sprocket. I have also tried different phones or reinstalling the app. None of them worked. I really hope that there can be a solution.
