I'm having issues connect the SPROCKET to the app. My iPhone identifies it, and the SPROCKET asks to open the app, but when I open the app and try to connect the printer to it, the app can't find it. I've been allover the HP website and called customer support, but they told me it would cost $50 to speak to a specialist.
Has anyone else have this problem?
