Sprocket 2-in-1

Back cover doesn’t seem to close all the way and we have a blinking red light when we turn the camera on. How can we determine if the cover is the issue and if it is, how can we fix?  Even tried without the paper in it, so isn’t a paper issue

@Brian-22 Here's all you need to know & do, when there's blinking red lights on the device, check this out:

During a print job, the Sprocket stops feeding photo paper, the Status Indicator light turns red and blinks, and one of the following error messages can display on the HP sprocket app.

  • Out of Paper

  • Top Cover Open

  • Paper Jammed

  • Incorrect Paper Type

Read the section that matches your error message. If you did not receive an error message, read Resolve a blinking red light when an error message does not display.
