Product: HP sprocket 200
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Just received the sprocket 200 yet can't connect to Bluetooth on Samsung galaxy 9. I have followed all of the steps including reset but nothing works. Any suggestions?

This looks like a hardware issue. Refer to the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print for details.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
