First time I have used this new printer and the first thing I printed had blue streaks all over it which I tried to fix by resetting the printer and following what they told me to do on this website but it didn’t work. Then after I printed a few more with blue streaks on they started to just come out blank. I have followed everything like updating the firmware and charging it to a certain amount and scanning the orange card again but nothing has worked. What do I do
