Product: Sprocket 200
Operating System: iOS 11 - 11.4.1

Just got my sprocket and was wondering if the charging indicator permanently stays on even when the sprocket is turned off. Mine is staying on and i was wondering if it was unusual.

The charge LED will be lit up even if the USB cable is not connected. The charge LED will change color depending up on the battery status, the following table explains HP Sprocket charge LED Indicator Light status:
