The collage does not print evenly. Either the top row is longer than the bottom row. Or the bottom row is longer. This is a brand new device and calibrated before each print. Please help.

this was also happening with my canon ivy so that was the driving factor for me to switch to the sprocket!

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Could you please elaborate in detail?

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

When using collage option in app for 4 images, the top row is not the same height as the bottom row. The bottom row is shorter than the top row so the images are cut off at the bottom.
