I am using the zink zero paper and I am still not getting the clear picture at all

I finally got my Printer fixed... want to know how....
I filed a BBB complaint and finally got a call from a 'case manger' Told them I wanted my money back. I will not be buying another one or recommending it to anyone at least for this printer.
