I just printed my first picture and the blue page came out first. Then the photo. Is he blue page garbage now or do I need to put it back in every time I print something?

Also the photo came out a bit green... is that because it was the first use?

HP Recommended

No. Just use it at the start of a pack of paper.  It might be used again if there are quality issues.  Read through the various threads that discuss that.  But just use it once!
