I was given the HP sprocket studio as a gift and I. believe that it is faulty. Since I got it, I have printed about 6 photos, 2 of which came out yellow, when it told me I should replace the ink cartridge. I wouldn't slide out easily even though I pressed the blue button to release it. When I did manage to get the cartridge out, the paper bit was all ripped. I assume that this was the error and not in fact that the ink had finished after only 6 photos. The app then told me to replace the cartridge which I did with an HP sprocket cartridge, as soon as I had slotted it in I tried to print and it again told me that I had to replace the cartridge (without having printed even one photo with the new cartridge). When I try to pull it out, it is very stiff like before so I have left it in. There is evidently a fault. Please let me know what I can do. Thanks.
