I have one of the original Sprocket Photo Printers and am unable to update the firmware. I have IOS 17Beta on an iPhone 13. When I click Get Firmware Upgrade, nothing happens. My current version is 1.1.5. I'm sure there are a few updates that are needed. Any idea how I can update?

I'm not aware that any application would necessarily support a Beta version of an Operating System.

?

 

You can certainly try pleading your case with Sprocket support.
